  • “Why are you forced to pay for something you don't use? Sign our petition to scrap the BBC licence fee.”
  • “Reform thinks you should keep more of what you earn. The Uniparty doesn't. This is our pledge to you.”

  • “Everyday essentials are getting more expensive under Labour. Only Reform UK will take £250 off your energy bil…”
Method

Two long-running pledge ads did most of the work, each past a million impressions and £3K–£4K in spend. New petitions on Burnham and the EU and on the BBC licence fee started on 14 October, adding list-building alongside the pledges.

Several jobs at once: the "Cut welfare, fund defence" petition collecting sign-ups, short "Vote Conservative today" ads timed for the 22–23 October by-elections, a thank-you ad claiming credit for Labour approving the Jackdaw gas field, and a constituency attack naming Rachel Blake MP over inheritance tax in Cities of London and Westminster.

What changed

What this week tells us

  • Labour's Budget sign-up ads set up the switch to Andy Burnham's "new path" message the following week.
  • The Conservatives used polling-day ads for council by-elections, which is rare for a national page.
  • Reform's petitions on Burnham and the BBC licence fee started here and grew over the next fortnight.
