The jump from about 310 to about 1,900 ads came from many variants of a handful of creatives: the Jenrick and Tice pledge cards (each over a million impressions), the "Uniparty" personal-allowance card from 15 September, and the face-coverings petition from 14 September.

What changed

What this week tells us

  • Reform's sharp rise in volume started here and lasted until early October.
  • Labour named Reform as its opponent ("Join the fight against Reform"), if only briefly.
  • The Conservative welfare-for-defence petition, still running in November, started on 25 September.
