From 21 July a set of attack ads said Burnham "won't act to fix Britain", "has previously backed yet more tax rises" and "has no mandate", and from 23 July the general-election petition turned the attack into sign-ups. The page's ad count roughly tripled on the previous weeks, largely variants of these few messages. The longer-running "Britain is lawless" policy carousel (30,000 more police) continued.
